Nowadays things are very different. Practically everybody can afford to have a nicely decorated home. It’s rare to see a house that is just practical and functional, with no frills.

We have centuries and centuries of art, styles and interior design ideas to choose from. We can decorate our place with modern furniture and accessories, avant-garde ideas, or old ideas.

It’s not unusual to enter a home beautifully furnished in Louis XVI style. French style furniture is very popular and doesn’t go out of fashion, so it’s a very safe bet. Other modern styles are very safe too, such as minimalist or eclectic.
